Milk proteins predominantly comprise casein that contains 21 amino acids and is completely soluble in alkali and heat stable. Produced by controlled acid precipitation from skimmed milk, acid casein is an excellent nutritional low fat milk protein which is free of carbohydrate. It is white or light pale yellow in color and is an ideal source for medical and nutritional applications.
We manufacture and supply food grade acid casein that can be availed in a package of graft paper bag with inner liner at a size of 50kg net. Its package can also be customized as per client’s specifications.
